Windset Farms partners with Buy BC ambassador chef

Windset Farms has partnered with Chef Ned Bell, a renowned Canadian culinary talent. This collaboration will champion sustainable agriculture and locally sourced produce. Leveraging his culinary expertise and unwavering commitment to responsible food sourcing, Bell will serve as a pivotal advocate for Windset Farms' vision to provide sustainably grown produce for the planet.

Bell is a well-known Canadian culinary talent who has forged a path as a chef and passionate advocate for sustainable seafood and farming. Based in British Columbia, he co-owns Hatch Hospitality and serves as chef ambassador at Buy BC.

As the Windset chef, Bell will play a crucial role in collaborating with the greenhouse company to promote the benefits of sustainably grown produce through engaging campaigns. These initiatives will feature video tours showcasing Windset's state-of-the-art greenhouse facility in Delta, BC.

Windset’s 92 acres in Delta will feature one of the largest LED lit facilities (48 acres) in western North America utilizing renewable hydroelectric power. With the inaugural harvest set for this autumn, Bell will shine a spotlight on Windset's delicious, locally grown, year-round produce. Moreover, he will be sharing culinary insights and recipes on Windset's social media platforms.

Bell will also be present at the Windset Farms booth (No. 231) during the 2024 CPMA Convention & Trade Show April 24-25. Attendees can look forward to sampling his signature tacos made with newly released Yum Yums cherry tomatoes and Sweeties seedless mini peppers, highlighting the exceptional flavor and quality of Windset Farms produce.
