Instacart has acquired Wynshop, a provider of e-commerce solutions for leading grocers and retailers, including Wakefern, Pattison and more than a dozen more across North America and abroad. By bringing together both organizations’ expertise and deep retailer relationships, Instacart aims to strengthen its enterprise solutions and empower more retailers to enhance their online experiences and further engage their customers.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has filed an administrative complaint against National Fruit Product Co. Inc. for alleged violations of the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act. The company, operating from Virginia allegedly failed to make payment promptly to two produce sellers in the amount of $353,349 from September through December 2022.

Stop & Shop and Home Base are teaming up on Military Appreciation Month to inspire some meaningful meals that will benefit veterans. Stop & Shop will be selling The Home Base Cookbook for $15 across all Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut stores. All of the proceeds from the limited-edition book will go to Home Base, a national nonprofit dedicated to healing the invisible wounds of wars for veterans, service members and military families.
