This holiday season, 1-800-Flowers.com is teaming up with Wreaths Across America, a nonprofit organization dedicated to remembering those who have fallen, honoring those who have served and teaching the next generation the value of freedom. This collaboration illustrates 1-800-Flowers.com deep commitment to inspire people to connect with others and express themselves, ultimately helping build more meaningful relationships.

Wreaths Across America's Mission:

Wreaths Across America's mission is simple yet profound: to remember, honor and teach. Wreaths Across America is devoted to ensuring that no one is forgotten, and they achieve this by placing wreaths on the gravesites of American heroes in over 3,700 participating locations across the United States. Its efforts culminate in the annual National Wreaths Across America Day, which this year falls Saturday, Dec. 16.

Sponsor a Wreath Through 1-800-Flowers.com:

1-800-Flowers.com is enabling customers to sponsor wreaths in support the mission of Wreaths Across America. When sponsoring a wreath, a handmade balsam wreath with a red velvet bow is shipped to one of more than 4,000 participating locations that take part in the National Wreaths Across America Day event. A volunteer will then place that wreath at the headstone of a service member and say that individual’s name out load, ensuring that the sacrifices of heroes are never forgotten.

A Commitment to Remembrance:

In 2022, Wreaths Across America and its national network of dedicated volunteers placed over 2.7 million sponsored veterans' wreaths on the headstones of our nation's service members at 3,702 participating locations. The impact of this effort is immeasurable, and it serves as a powerful testament to the enduring spirit of remembrance and gratitude.
