Ciruli Bros. taps Eric Viramontes as agricultural manager

Ciruli Bros., based in Nogales, AZ, announced the addition of Eric Viramontes as agricultural manager.
Mr. Viramontes will oversee the company?s grower relations and procurement functions. He will be responsible for carrying out decisions relating to managed field operations, and will oversee various row crops, coordinating between growing, harvesting and marketing.
Mr. Viramontes has a reputable track record in the produce industry. Among his accomplishments are the successful design and development of the first Mexican promotion board models for the Mexican department of agriculture, SAGARPA. These models coordinated and directed the promotional goals of 14 diverse Mexican agricultural boards, which represented Mexican meat, fishing products, dairy products, and fresh fruits and vegetables.
