The Fresh Produce Association of the Americas hosted its Spring Policy Summit in Tubac, AZ, Feb. 28-March 1. On Feb. 28, the association hosted a closed U.S.-Mexico produce food-safety working group and then offered a tour of Nogales-area warehouses belonging to Vandervoet & Associates and Kaliroy Fresh LLC. There was a welcoming reception on the evening of Feb. 28. The Spring Policy Summit had a full day of speakers on March 1.
