Columbine Vineyards adds to sales team

Columbine Vineyards, a family grape grower, recently recruited Erasmo Marin, Michael Hatcher and Oliver Sill as sales representatives and Alexandra Cody as sales support. Marin comes with more than 20 years of experience within the agricultural industry. He served as a federal-state inspector for the California Department of Food & Agriculture, and has extensive experience in both domestic and export sales of table grapes and quality control. He will bring valuable experience of sales and quality control.

Hatcher has decades of experience in the sales industry, more than 20 of which have been in agriculture. He has consistently executed business strategies and tactics to drive volume and share above target in multiple markets. With his proven high sales results, Hatcher will expand the distribution of Columbine’s more than 18 varieties of table grapes.

Sill has multiple years of sales and account management experience in the table grape industry. He has maintained account relationships with many of the largest grape buyers and assured customer needs were met while recruiting new retail partners. His direct knowledge and experience working with and managing grape harvests will prove instrumental to the sales team.

Cody has experience working with the public for both Rep. Kevin McCarthy’s office and the Bakersfield Police Department. She will draw on these skills to provide strategic support to both the sales team and customer relations.
