The International Floriculture Exposition, the floral industry’s business-to-business trade show that unites mass-market retail buyers, florists, suppliers and other industry professionals, will gather at McCormick Place in Chicago June 13-15. With over 60,000 square feet of floral exhibits and more than 225 vendors featuring anything a floral category buyer might need for their department from cut flowers and potted plants to giftware and accessories, the expo attracts VPs, category managers, and other mass-market retailers looking to source product, according to a news release.
The floral education program includes the latest trends in floriculture with topics such as merchandising trends, sustainability and eco-labeling, pricing analysis and cost-savings, and more. Multiple presentations developed by top industry leaders will provide attendees with ideas, tips and industry insights to take back to their businesses. The full day of education includes a State of the Industry session and culminates with the Toast to the Industry Reception.
